Nottingham Trent University has established a Mechanical and Electrical Works Framework divided into two lots (Mechanical Works and Electrical Works, each valued to approximately £500,000) to be fulfilled through further competition, with individual projects awarded from a maximum of four contractors per lot. The framework, awarded on 16 March 2026 to seven contractors including AMPTRON ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED, Arnold Electrical, EUROPA ELECTRICAL LIMITED, HANDS ON MEP LIMITED, HERONRIDGE SERVICES (NOTTINGHAM) LIMITED, KEN BURROWS LIMITED, and MIDLAND FIRE SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED, covers design-and-build services where contractors develop and install solutions based on NTU's project briefs or performance specifications, as well as smaller-scale remedial works, call-outs, and dayworks. The framework is now in delivery and complete.
