Overview
Shetland Islands Council has contracted for carrying out Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) mapping of the entirety of Shetland, its islands and all inland areas, extending down to the inter-tidal zone.
the Council requires:
1. Terrestrial LiDAR mapping of the whole of Shetland with a point cloud density of 10 (ten) points per square metre;
2. Digital aerial photography of the whole of Shetland;
3. Processing of the data and delivery of files/ data; and
4.Ownership of data provided by Service Provider.
