Overview
Following a further competition under the Estate Management Services RM6343 Framework Lot 1 this Notice signals DBT's intention to award a contraxct for the Strategic Sites Accelerator Programme.
The Strategic Sites Accelerator is a pilot programme that is in development to prepare commercial/industrial sites for use by industry (including all Industrial Strategy sectors) to drive growth and investment.
The requirement is for a National Delivery Partner (NDP) to support the rollout of the Strategic Sites Accelerator Programme. The NDP will deliver support in 4 (four) key areas:
1) Commercial Advisory for the SSA and Real Estate investments
2) Transactional and Financial Delivery Capability
3) Real Asset Management and Infrastructure Delivery
4) Programme Delivery Responsibilities
The Total Contract Value will be £5,000,000 (excl VAT)
