Portsmouth City Council - Term Service Contracts for Targeted Short Breaks and Specialist Playschemes 2026

Portsmouth City Council has awarded term service contracts worth £2.78 million to SPORT WORKS LIMITED and THE ROSE ROAD ASSOCIATION to provide Targeted Short Breaks and Specialist Holiday Playschemes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across three service lots. The contracts, for an initial 3-year term with option to extend by up to 2 years, will deliver statutory short break provisions including community clubs, activity sessions, and family support during school holidays, weekends, and after-school hours to meet local authority responsibilities in Portsmouth.
