Overview

Gloucester City Council, on behalf of six District Councils, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, and Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service, commissioned a home security measures provider to deliver the Gloucestershire Sanctuary Scheme service. The scheme provides support and security improvements to victims of domestic abuse and non-domestic stalking to enable them to remain safely in their homes as an alternative to refuge accommodation.
