Windsor Estate External Redecorations and Refurbishment

The Royal Household has awarded a four-year framework contract for external redecorations and refurbishment works across Windsor Estate properties, including Windsor Castle, Windsor Royal Mews, Home Park, and Hampton Court Royal Paddocks. The scope encompasses planned external redecorations, timber and metalwork repairs, window and door replacements, rainwater goods overhaul, masonry repairs, thermal upgrades, and access arrangements across five phased programmes. The contract has been split between two lots, with Ian Williams Ltd and Thomas Sinden Ltd appointed for Lot A (two contractors) and Trident Maintenance Service Ltd for Lot B (one contractor), awarded on 26 May 2026.
