Consultancy Services - HV/LV Electrical Infrastructure Survey and Short-Term Resilience Works, Princess of Wales Hospital

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board awarded ETA Projects a contract worth £30,780 to act as Lead Consultant for a comprehensive survey, assessment, and upgrade plan of the High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical infrastructure at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. The consultant is required to conduct a full technical survey of the ageing 1985-era electrical systems, identify critical defects and single points of failure, develop costed resilience solutions aligned with Welsh Health Technical Memoranda, and deliver short-term works including design, contractor assessment, tender documentation, project management, and site supervision through to completion. The consultancy team must include electrical engineering, architectural, structural/civil, fire engineering, project management, cost management, and CDM Principal Designer services.
