Multiple Disadvantage and Housing Support Alliance

Sheffield City Council is procuring a Multiple Disadvantage and Housing Support Service valued at approximately £21.88 million, which will deliver integrated floating support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage including homelessness, mental health needs, substance use, criminal justice involvement, and domestic abuse across three pathways: young people aged 16–25, adults aged 25+, and recovery and co-production for all ages. The service operates as an alliance contract, requiring tender responses from groups of suppliers working collectively to deliver holistic, trauma-informed support aligned with the city's Coordination from Complexity strategy.
