South Tyneside Local Infrastructure Organisation (LIO) for the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise Sector (VCFSE) and the South Tyneside Healthnet Service

South Tyneside Borough Council has awarded a contract valued at £406,569 to INSPIRE SOUTH TYNESIDE to provide a Local Infrastructure Organisation (LIO) for the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector and deliver the South Tyneside Healthnet Service. The service provider will support VCFSE organisations in accessing funding, managing volunteers, leading sector development through partnerships, advocating for the VCFSE voice, and facilitating health and social care integration, while also operating Healthnet as a local network for community input on health and wellbeing provision. This procurement was restricted to VCFSE organisations only, with an annual contract value of £135,523.
