Grounds Maintenance Contract

AMENDED UK6: The Contract Award Notice published on Find a Tender on 19-12-25 contains an administrative error in the supplier name. The contract was awarded to Southern Land Services Limited (NOT Southern Landscape Limited). The error could not be corrected on Find a Tender due to system limitations. No other aspects of the award were affected. Seaford Town Council invites tenders for the provision of grounds maintenance services across various sites within the Town Council's boundaries. The aim is to ensure all sites are maintained to a consistently high standard, meeting the requirements detailed in the specification. Contract term: Initial term of three (3) years from the start date, with an extension option. The Council may, at its sole discretion, extend the contract for up to two (2) additional years. Contract Lots: This contract is divided into three Lots. Contractors may bid for one, two, or all three Lots: Lot 1: Grounds Maintenance Lot 2: Verges & Pathways Lot 3: Planting & Decorative Displays
