Joseph Chamberlain College awarded a comprehensive security services contract to GGN SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED on 10 May 2026. The contract, commencing 23 August 2026 for an initial two years with potential two-year extension, covers external security with manned guards and car park monitoring (Lot 1) and internal security with commissionaire duties (Lot 2), split into two lots that may be awarded separately or together. The service is fixed-cost and performance-based, covering 38 weeks of term time plus ad hoc events, and requires SIA-licensed guards with enhanced DBS checks and relevant CCTV qualifications where needed.
