Managed service for Street Marshals

Taunton Town Council has awarded a managed service contract for street marshals to STOREWATCH.CO.UK LIMITED (value £254,690) to create a safe and welcoming town centre environment. The service involves deploying street ambassadors/marshals to engage with businesses, residents, and visitors, address anti-social behaviour hotspots, and support local retailers while working with the policing team. The marshals will be trained in areas such as conflict management, safeguarding, and first aid, and will utilize digital platforms to facilitate communication and reporting between businesses, marshals, and authorities.
