Overview

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is establishing a four-year Dynamic Market for non-emergency patient transport taxi services across three regions (Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and Derbyshire) to support routine hospital appointments and ad-hoc patient journeys from April 2026 to March 2030. The procurement will operate in two stages: Stage 1 creates a supplier list within each lot, and Stage 2 will issue competitive tenders evaluated on quality, cost, and social value. Only taxi providers serving the designated regions without out-of-region charges are eligible; taxi booking platforms are excluded.
