F002PA - Education Healthcare Plan Writing

Essex County Council has awarded a contract worth £900,000 to ENHANCE EHC LTD to write Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people aged 0–25 with significant special educational needs and disabilities, in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEN Code of Practice. The service will support the Council in meeting peak-time demand for new and amended EHCPs while the authority develops internal capacity, with the successful provider required to manage qualified staff, ensure compliance with data protection and Essex's assessment processes, and deliver flexible, continuous service.
