Electrical Rewiring

Trent and Dove Housing has appointed Electrical Compliance and Safety Ltd to deliver an electrical rewiring programme across its housing stock, including full and partial rewires, consumer unit replacements, earthing and bonding upgrades, alarm installations, and associated inspection and testing. The service provider will undertake works in occupied and void properties in compliance with BS 7671, the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, CDM Regulations 2015, and other applicable standards, with responsibility for surveys, installation, making good, resident liaison, and certification submission. The contract was awarded on 21 June 2026 for an initial three-year term with an option to extend for up to two further years, valued at £1,666,666.67.
