Overview

North London NHS Foundation Trust completed the sale of most of the St Pancras Hospital land to KC (SPH) Limited Partnership for £78 million on 19 October 2025, terminating the previous Master Developer Framework Agreement. Under the new contract, KC (SPH) will construct a service yard and relocate electricity supply infrastructure to separate the sold land from the retained South Wing building, which the Trust will refurbish separately.
