LCRCA Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Project

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has awarded a 15-year Concession Contract for Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) to Believ Limited on 9 July 2026, valued at £443,113,725. The contract covers the design, delivery, and operation of on-street EV charging infrastructure across six local authorities in the Liverpool City Region, targeting 9,591 charge points within the first four years, supported by £9.6 million in LEVI capital funding and the supplier's own investment. The project aims to support the region's transition to electric vehicles and address barriers to EV adoption for residents without off-street parking.
