PLANNED MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR FRAMEWORK

Radius Housing Association has awarded a planned maintenance contractor framework worth £64 million to nine contractors: Bann Ltd, Bell Group Ltd, Equans Regeneration Limited, Hetherington Painting & Building Contractors Ltd, MC Cusker Contracts Ltd, Nicor Construction, P.K. Murphy Construction Limited, Piperhill Construction Limited, and VHL Construction Ltd. The framework comprises two lots: Lot 1 for cyclical maintenance and minor works (kitchens, bathrooms, windows, adaptations) up to circa £750,000 per project with estimated annual spend of £5–8 million; and Lot 2 for larger multi-element improvements and refurbishment projects typically ranging £500,000–£2.5 million with similar estimated annual spend. Works cover both occupied and void properties across the housing stock.
