Overview

Lancashire County Council is seeking a managed service provider to supply and maintain an ITSO-compliant NoWcard concessionary travel smart card system across the North West region. The service encompasses asset management, secure application module management, cardholder and card management systems for both the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme and commercial schemes, a web portal for application integration, and print and dispatch operations.
