Provision of the servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment throughout the City of Southend-on-Sea

Southend-on-Sea City Council has awarded a contract to R & A MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD for £354,528 to provide servicing, maintenance, and responsive repairs to air conditioning and ventilation equipment across public buildings and delegated properties including schools and community buildings. The three-year contract, with an option to extend for up to three additional years, includes a 24-hour response service with one-hour response times for certain buildings, planned maintenance schedules, and a schedule of rates for repairs and new works, and will be delivered under a JCT Measured Term Contract.
