Open procedure

Swindon Borough Council has awarded a contract to Step by Step Partnership LTD for the provision of Supported Lodgings Services for semi-independent accommodation and support for young people aged 16 and over, including care leavers, separated and migrant children, and young people at risk of homelessness. The contract, valued at £789,360, runs for an initial 36 months with an option to extend for up to 24 additional months, and requires the supplier to recruit and manage host placements, oversee 9 standard beds and 2 emergency beds, and maintain Ofsted registration. TUPE applies to this arrangement, and the contract is now in the standstill period following the award decision made on 4 May 2026.
