Flintshire County Council commissioned a supported housing project for people aged 25 and over with complex support needs including mental health, substance misuse, offending, learning difficulties, and trauma. The service, awarded to Adferiad Recovery Ltd for £1.8 million, provides intensive housing-related support to enable independent living, including budgeting advice, life skills development, and access to wider services, funded through the Welsh Government Housing Support Grant for a 4-year initial term with a 2-year extension option.
