Accommodation Based Housing Support Service (Medium and High-Level Support)

Buckinghamshire Council has awarded a contract to Centennial Property Limited (trading as The Housing Network) for the provision of accommodation-based housing support services to homeless or at-risk individuals aged 18–70 years, with medium (four hours per week) and high (eight hours per week) support levels for up to two years. The service, valued at £1,070,960.24, will accommodate 40–45 individuals and focus on developing life skills, maintaining independent living capacity, and securing long-term accommodation to reduce homelessness risk.
