Overview

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office seeks worldwide real estate surveying services to support management of its global estate across embassies, high commissions, visa offices, and residential properties in over 280 locations. Services required include property acquisitions and disposals, lease management, valuations, tax advice, legal counsel, and strategic asset planning, with optional facilities and project management services.
