Wellbeing Services (Richmond and Wandsworth)

The London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth have awarded a contract worth £1,417,500 to Richmond Borough Mind and Together for Mental Wellbeing for the provision of community-based Emotional Outreach and Wellbeing Services for adults aged 18 and over with mental health needs. The services include one-to-one sessions, group support, and in-reach to homes, with a focus on prevention and reablement through short-term interventions that promote recovery, independence, and resilience. Providers will work in partnership with health, social care, and voluntary sector organisations to address health inequalities and improve outcomes.
