Tender for Provision of Employee Screening Services

LIFT Schools has awarded Zinc Work Limited a contract worth £240,000 to provide comprehensive employment screening and pre-employment checks for new starters across its schools and central team. The service includes identity verification, right-to-work checks, enhanced DBS checks, overseas criminal checks, qualification verification, employment history and reference checks, medical fitness declarations, and various statutory compliance checks in line with safer recruitment requirements. The contract was awarded in December 2025 and is currently in delivery.
