National VPR Reporting Data Framework Guidance & Safe-Working Practices Guidance

For two complementary national pieces of guidance, which are Phase 1 of a wider national strategy. Firstly, the national VPR Reporting Data Framework guidance would standardise how incidents of violence and abuse are recorded and reported across the NHS both in Primary and Secondary care. The second item would provide comprehensive guidance on safe working practices for managing clinically related challenging behaviours.
