Overview

ACIVICO is seeking to establish the Constructing West Midlands 3 (CWM3) framework, a publicly owned and managed procurement vehicle for general construction and building services across the West Midlands. The framework will be divided into three lots based on project value—Lot 1 for minor works (£250,000–£5,000,000), Lot 2 for medium works (£2,000,000–£15,000,000), and Lot 3 for major works (over £10,000,000)—with 8, 6, and 6 contractor partners respectively, covering new build, refurbishment, retrofit, mechanical and electrical services, and infrastructure works. Successful contractors will be selected based on collaborative capability and performance against comprehensive indicators, with flexibility to undertake call-off contracts using model forms or NEC/JCT provisions as authorities require.
