National Framework Agreement for the provision of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has established a national framework agreement for mental health and wellbeing services for young people and adults, to be delivered virtually or in person. The framework was awarded on 18 August 2025 to 20 providers including ABL Health Limited, Barnardo's, Everyone Health Ltd, Kooth Digital Health Limited, Onebright Limited, and others, following evaluation on social value, commercial cost, quality and innovation, integration and collaboration, and accessibility criteria. The agreement is available to all relevant NHS authorities and permits the addition of new providers during its term.
