Fitness to Practise Partner Training Programme

Social Work England has awarded a contract to FIELDFISHER LLP for £354,167 to design, deliver and continuously improve a comprehensive training programme for Adjudicators, Legal Advisers and Case Examiners involved in Fitness to Practise decision-making. The programme will include mandatory induction training and ongoing annual refresher training covering the statutory and regulatory framework, delivered through remote, hybrid and in-person sessions, along with webinars, e-learning modules, and reflective practice groups. The three-year contract, with an option to extend for two years, requires the provider to develop training materials, conduct quarterly performance reporting, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
