Materials Supply through Managed Stores Service

Swindon Borough Council awarded a contract to STARK BUILDING MATERIALS UK LIMITED on 28 May 2026 for the supply of a broad range of materials for housing repairs, including electrical, heating, paints, roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, aggregates, insulation, and associated items through a managed stores service. The contract runs for an initial four years with options to extend for two years and a further one year, with an estimated total value of £21.3 million excluding VAT across the potential seven-year term.
