Overview
City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council) has been delivering a home library service for many years. The Home Library Service delivers a range of materials directly to residents (including those within care homes) of any age who, because of illness, disability or frailty, are unable to visit their local library. The service is also available to carers who have difficulty accessing the library service due to their caring responsibilities. The service also supports the home loan scheme, a council digital inclusion scheme, providing devices to those who would benefit from a digital device.
