Overview

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is procuring a Community Support Framework to source multiple providers for children living within the city and those supported elsewhere in the country. The scope covers services to stabilise children and families requiring statutory intervention—specifically those with disabilities, on the edge of care, or in care—across service areas such as Short Break packages, outreach/wrap-around support, complex support, and urgent support within 24 to 48 hours. Valued at an estimated £20,400,000, the framework will be utilised through a series of call-off agreements, with bids accepted until 13 November 2026.
