NHS England North West and Greater Manchester awarded contracts to deliver mpox and gonorrhoea vaccination programmes targeting gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men in identified localities across seven lots in the North West and Greater Manchester regions. Six providers were selected: Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, Brook Young People, HCRG Care Services Limited, Locala Community Partnerships CIC, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, and Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Services commenced in August 2025 with funding of £10.06 per vaccine dose plus £8.00 mobilisation support per vaccination delivered in 2025/26, integrated with existing sexual health service delivery.
