• Lot 1 - Gas

  Compliant Quality Audits – The purpose of these is to ensure that any works or services that have been carried out has been done correctly, to check samples of reports undertaken are accurate as well as completing spot checks and site visits. These will be in line with the requirements of all applicable governing bodies, regulations, statutory and non-statutory guidance, TRGL ‘s Policies, management plans and protocols. • Gas – to cover the installation of new boilers and remedial works as well as any other applicable works in this area such as repairs, servicing and PPM. The purpose of a Quality Audit is for an independent 3rd party to assess and audit the works of others to ensure the correct continued compliance with documents, accreditation and standard, value for money and best practice.

• Lot 2 - Electrical

  Compliant Quality Audits – The purpose of these is to ensure that any works or services that have been carried out has been done correctly, to check samples of reports undertaken are accurate as well as completing spot checks and site visits. These will be in line with the requirements of all applicable governing bodies, regulations, statutory and non-statutory guidance, TRGL ‘s Policies, management plans and protocols. • Legionella – to cover Legionella Risk Assessments, Routine monitoring and remedial works. • All areas to include auditing of certification and all required documentation. The purpose of a Quality Audit is for an independent 3rd party to assess and audit the works of others to ensure the correct continued compliance with documents, accreditation and standard, value for money and best practice.

• Lot 4 - Asbestos

  Compliant Quality Audits – The purpose of these is to ensure that any works or services that have been carried out has been done correctly, to check samples of reports undertaken are accurate as well as completing spot checks and site visits. These will be in line with the requirements of all applicable governing bodies, regulations, statutory and non-statutory guidance, TRGL ‘s Policies, management plans and protocols. • Asbestos – to cover Asbestos surveys and Asbestos removal (licenced and non licenced) • All areas to include auditing of certification and all required documentation. The purpose of a Quality Audit is for an independent 3rd party to assess and audit the works of others to ensure the correct continued compliance with documents, accreditation and standard, value for money and best practice.

• Lot 5 - Fire

  Compliant Quality Audits – The purpose of these is to ensure that any works or services that have been carried out has been done correctly, to check samples of reports undertaken are accurate as well as completing spot checks and site visits.
