Gloucestershire County Council has established a four-year multi-supplier Framework Agreement for highway construction works, comprising two lots: Highways Projects (£0.5m–£10m) covering road construction, junction upgrades, and public realm enhancements, and Structures and Geotechnical Projects (£0.25m–£10m) covering bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and geotechnical stabilisation. The framework was awarded on 23 February 2026 to six contractors: Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Limited, Centregreat Limited, Fitzgerald Contractors Limited, M J Church (Plant) Limited, Montel Civil Engineering Limited, and Taylor Woodrow Infrastructure Limited, for a total value of £60 million.
