The Council wishes to commission a Supplier/s to supply and deliver Period Dignity products to its 12 secondary schools. For Lot 1 (Supply and Distribution of Period Products), the Contract shall commence on 1 April 2026 (‘the Commencement Date’). The first drawdown under this Contract shall be required during the first week of May 2026.

For Lot 2 (Home Packs Delivery Service), the Contract shall commence on 14 November 2025 ('the Commencement Date'). The platform shall be fully ready for issuance to secondary schools by the first week of January 2026.
