Derry~Londonderry Teaching and Student Centre Works

Ulster University contracted Glasgiven Contracts Limited on 8 July 2026 for £25.06 million to construct a new Teaching and Student Centre at its Derry-Londonderry campus. The project involves building a three-block interconnected facility with approximately 5,200 m² of teaching and student services space, including lecture halls, seminar rooms, computer labs, and on-campus student facilities, with connections to the existing library and teaching blocks. The building is designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating with low-energy systems, PV panels, and green roofs.
