Overview

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking to procure a conservation architect-led Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for RIBA Stage 2 to 7 designs for the next phase of works at the Grade II listed Crystal Palace Subway to deliver the consented cultural venue extension and to provide level access to the Subway via a new lift core. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1st September 2025 and be for an initial period of three (3) years.
