Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council commissioned adult English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provision for Ukrainian guests under the Homes for Ukraine and Ukrainian Permission Extension schemes. The contract, awarded to Afghanistan & Central Asian Association for £478,020 on 24 February 2026, delivers ESOL services to support Ukrainian guests aged 18 and over in improving their English language skills and integration into the community. The service is funded through HFU tariff funding and is currently in delivery.
