At least once monthly; • Power brush and debris collection; • Blow and clear pitch surrounds; • Infill redistribution; • Sports equipment checks; • Inspection of seams; • Annual comprehensive inspection; • FIH testing to maintain certification; • Moss and algae treatment to hard standing and footpaths only. Monitoring & Reviewing A maintenance report to be carried out monthly and be provided to Yate Town Council. Machinery Specialised maintenance machinery to be used, and all costs of machinery and materials to be included in the cost of the agreement for maintenance.
