Framework for the Provision of Temporary Workers

Northern Ireland Assembly Commission has awarded a multi-supplier framework contract worth £8,000,000 to six recruitment agencies (Apple Recruitment Belfast Ltd, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, Kennedy Business Services Ltd, Manpower UK Limited, Randstad Solutions Limited, and Vanrath Recruitment Limited) for the provision of temporary workers to fill short-term vacancies over 48 months. The suppliers will act as employers for agency workers, source and supply suitable candidates, conduct pre-placement checks, manage payroll and statutory contributions, and handle performance and administrative matters related to temporary staffing.
