Overview

Essex County Council and Suffolk County Council have awarded a framework worth £4.8 million for Adoption and Kinship Specialist Support Services to 11 providers including Barnardo's, Mind Right Limited, and others. The three-year framework (with an option to extend for one year) will deliver training, therapeutic intervention, and specialist assessment services to adoptive and kinship families across both councils to address the effects of abuse and trauma. Eleven organizations have been selected across the three lots to provide these statutory services under the Children and Families Act 2014.
