Overview

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and West London NHS Trust have awarded an £8.8 million contract to Hestia Housing and Support to establish six to eight community-based alternative crisis support services across Northwest London boroughs. The non-clinical service will provide drop-in support, safe spaces, and mental health advice to people in crisis without requiring appointments, with the aim of reducing A&E attendances and preventing hospital admissions. The contract, commencing April 2026, runs for three years with an option to extend for two further one-year periods.
