Minor Works Framework Agreement for Building Maintenance

Pembrokeshire County Council has awarded a four-year Minor Works Framework Agreement for building maintenance and repair services across its housing stock of 5,864 properties and corporate buildings throughout the county. The framework, awarded on 22 April 2026 to 38 contractors for a total value of £189.6 million, is structured across nine lots covering responsive repairs, void refurbishments, planned works, roofing, electrical services, disabled adaptations, and specialist trades. The work spans general maintenance, mechanical and plumbing repairs, electrical works, painting, carpeting, windows and doors, and major planned projects up to £3 million in value.
