  Lot 1 is for the hire of cars and light vehicles for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The cars and light vehicles to be covered are, but not limited to, small cars, executive cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
