Security and Cleaning Services

LUPC has awarded a multi-supplier framework worth £80 million for security services, cleaning services, and combined security and cleaning services to 15 suppliers including Bidvest Noonan, Birkin Cleaning Services, Churchill Contract Services, and others. The framework, structured into three lots, supports eligible members in higher education, research, healthcare, cultural, and public sector settings with staffed security (static guarding, mobile patrols, CCTV monitoring, event security) and cleaning services (general, deep cleaning, specialist cleaning in laboratories and clinical areas), with an option for integrated delivery of both services.
