Overview

Norfolk County Council has awarded a contract worth £8.8 million to a consortium of five providers (Norfolk and Waveney Mind, Seetec Business Technology Centre Limited, Shaw Trust Limited, Standguide Limited, and The NR5 Project) to deliver the Connect to Work supported employment programme. The service will support approximately 1,200 economically inactive individuals annually over an initial three-year period (with potential extension to 4.5 years) to secure sustainable employment through a voluntary model based on Individual Placement & Support and Supported Employment Quality Framework frameworks.
