Overview

Lancashire County Council has awarded a framework agreement for mechanical and electrical design consultancy services to six consultants: ECS Consultants Ltd, HARLEY HADDOW LIMITED, Hill Lawrence Ltd, MANTIS ENERGY LTD, PETTIT SINGLETON ASSOCIATES LTD, and Walmsley Associates Limited. The consultants will provide design and project management services for building services projects, including boiler/ASHP replacements, heating installations, rewires, fire alarm and emergency lighting work, either as lead consultant or as part of multidisciplinary design teams. Future projects will be allocated through mini-competitions open to all framework members.
