Framework Agreement for the Provision of Interpreting, Translation and Related Language and Communication Support Services

Norfolk County Council has awarded a multi-provider framework agreement to eight suppliers for the provision of interpreting, translation, and related language and communication support services across the East of England and surrounding regions on behalf of the INTRAN Partnership. The framework, valued at £12.3 million and awarded in May 2026, will enable member organizations to access professional interpreters, translators, and language communication professionals to serve Deaf individuals and speakers of other languages with limited English proficiency. Services are allocated across five lots with two or more suppliers assigned to each lot.
